Investigation Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, E1W Cloud will:
Review the reported content.
Notify the customer hosting the content, when appropriate.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if required by applicable law or our policies.
Take any additional action deemed necessary to comply with legal obligations.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a valid counter-notification. Upon receiving a legally sufficient counter-notice, E1W Cloud will review the matter and may restore the content where permitted by applicable law.
Repeat Infringers
Customers who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit infringing content may have their services suspended or permanently terminated at E1W Cloud’s sole discretion.
Policy Updates
E1W Cloud reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective immediately upon being published on our website.
