E1W Cloud provides digital cloud hosting services. As all of our products are digital, no physical items are shipped.

Service Activation

  • Shared Hosting accounts are typically activated within 5–30 minutes after successful payment.

  • VPS Hosting services are generally provisioned within 1–12 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Dedicated Servers may require 12–24 hours for setup and deployment, depending on the selected configuration.

Delivery Method

Your service details, including login credentials, control panel access, IP addresses, and server information, will be delivered through:

  • The email address used during the purchase.

  • Your customer account/dashboard.

Delivery Delays

E1W Cloud strives to provision all services as quickly as possible. However, activation times may occasionally be delayed due to payment verification, fraud prevention checks, system maintenance, stock availability, or other technical requirements. If an unexpected delay occurs, our support team will keep you informed throughout the provisioning process.
