Money-Back Guarantee

E1W Cloud offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases of Shared Hosting plans.

Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.

Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers

  • VPS Hosting services

  • Dedicated Servers

  • SSL Certificates

  • Third-party software licenses

  • Setup or installation fees

  • Any customized or add-on services

These services involve immediate resource allocation, third-party costs, or non-recoverable expenses.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Abuse of the Refund Policy

E1W Cloud reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, fraudulent activity, repeated refund claims, chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.
