Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services provided by E1W Cloud (“E1W Cloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to all services we offer, including but not limited to:
Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
Dedicated Servers
Cloud Hosting
cPanel Hosting
Domain Services
Email Hosting
Network and Infrastructure Services
By using E1W Cloud’s services, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your services without prior notice.
2. Acceptable Use
Customers must use E1W Cloud services responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Use our services for unlawful purposes.
Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Interfere with other users, servers, or networks.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Misuse network resources.
Engage in activities that could harm E1W Cloud or other customers.
Customers are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.
3. Illegal Activities
E1W Cloud services must never be used for illegal activities.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Fraud or financial scams
Identity theft
Phishing
Distribution of malware
Unauthorized hacking or exploitation
Credit card fraud
Selling or distributing illegal goods
Hosting illegal content
Child sexual abuse material (strictly prohibited)
Unauthorized surveillance or spying
Any illegal activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Network Abuse
Customers must not disrupt or interfere with the operation of our network or any third-party network.
Prohibited activities include:
Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
Participating in network attacks
Network flooding
Packet spoofing
Unauthorized port scanning
Botnet operation
Reflection or amplification attacks
Unauthorized penetration or stress testing
5. Spam and Email Abuse
E1W Cloud maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward spam.
The following activities are prohibited:
Sending unsolicited bulk email (UBE)
Sending unsolicited commercial email (UCE)
Email bombing
Mass mailing without recipient consent
Using purchased or harvested email lists
Operating open mail relays
Forging email headers
Spam advertising
Hosting spam-related services
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable anti-spam laws.
6. Malware and Security
Customers may not distribute or host malicious software.
Prohibited content includes:
Viruses
Worms
Trojans
Ransomware
Spyware
Keyloggers
Backdoors
Rootkits
Malicious scripts
Customers are expected to:
Keep software updated.
Use strong passwords.
Apply security patches.
Secure their applications and servers.
Compromised servers may be temporarily suspended until the security issue has been resolved.
7. Resource Usage
Customers must use server resources fairly.
Activities that may result in restrictions include:
Excessive CPU usage
Excessive RAM usage
Disk abuse
Network bandwidth abuse
Running resource-intensive applications that negatively affect infrastructure
Cryptocurrency mining unless explicitly permitted
Operating public proxy services without authorization
Running open VPN or proxy relays without approval
E1W Cloud reserves the right to limit or suspend services that negatively impact overall platform stability.
8. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
Illegal content
Hate speech promoting violence
Terrorist content
Harassment or abusive material
Copyright-infringing material
Pirated software
Warez distribution
Unauthorized torrent hosting
Child exploitation material
Stolen data
Malicious deepfake content
E1W Cloud may remove prohibited content without prior notice.
9. Copyright
Customers must respect the intellectual property rights of others.
The following are prohibited:
Hosting pirated software
Sharing copyrighted material without authorization
Software cracking
Serial key distribution
Circumventing software licensing
E1W Cloud complies with valid DMCA notices and other applicable copyright laws.
10. Unauthorized Access
Customers may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
Examples include:
Brute-force attacks
Password cracking
Exploitation attempts
Privilege escalation
Vulnerability scanning without authorization
Unauthorized interception of network traffic
Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
11. Proxy and VPN Services
Unless specifically authorized by E1W Cloud, customers may not:
Operate open proxy servers
Operate anonymous VPN services
Provide TOR exit nodes
Offer anonymization services intended for abuse
Unauthorized services may be suspended immediately.
12. Customer Security Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing their own servers and applications.
Recommended practices include:
Keeping software up to date.
Using strong passwords.
Enabling security protections.
Removing vulnerable scripts.
Monitoring server activity.
Failure to maintain reasonable security may result in temporary suspension until the issue has been resolved.
13. Reporting Abuse
If you believe E1W Cloud services are being used in violation of this policy, please report the incident.

All abuse reports will be reviewed promptly.
14. Enforcement
E1W Cloud reserves the right to:
Investigate suspected violations
Monitor network activity where necessary
Remove harmful or illegal content
Suspend services
Terminate accounts
Report unlawful activities to appropriate authorities
Immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect our infrastructure or other customers.
15. Suspension and Termination
Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions:
Warning notice
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Removal of hosted content
Reporting to law enforcement where appropriate
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination without refund.
16. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
E1W Cloud will cooperate with lawful requests from government agencies and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
This may include responding to:
Court orders
Search warrants
Legal subpoenas
Requests from authorized regulatory authorities
17. Changes to This Policy
E1W Cloud reserves the right to update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
